1. TIVEXA is a media player
TIVEXA is software for organizing and playing media sources supplied by the user. TIVEXA does not include, provide, sell, host or distribute third-party media or content.
2. Your sources and your responsibility
You may only add a playlist, account, stream or other media source when you are legally entitled to access and use it. You are responsible for the sources and content you add to TIVEXA and for complying with applicable copyright, licensing and access rules.
3. No provider endorsement
TIVEXA does not recommend, certify or endorse third-party content providers. The presence of compatible source support does not mean that TIVEXA is affiliated with any service that uses those formats.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use TIVEXA to intentionally infringe copyright, bypass access controls, obtain services without authorization, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service or other users.
5. Development availability
The current release is a free development version. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed while the software is being tested. No paid subscription or content entitlement is included.
6. Third-party services
External playlists, media servers and providers are controlled by third parties. TIVEXA is not responsible for their availability, legality, security, quality or content.
7. Security
You should protect playlist credentials and pairing codes. Use My TIVEXA only on devices and networks you trust and generate a new pairing code if a code may have been exposed.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as TIVEXA develops. A revised date will be shown on this page.
TIVEXA is intended to be a neutral player. It is not a source of television or copyrighted media.
